Passion Flute

The air was laden with the sound
This miraculous sound
That filled her lungs as she breathed
And painted vibrancy in the colours around her
Her skin tingled as though she had been touched by a playful breeze
She could almost taste this ribbon of sound
As this music transcended all her senses
And stimulated her Soul to witness its depth.

She was abound with its hypnotic quality
She could experience a calm
Coupled with an enthusiasm that made her dance
She didnt want to stifle it
Not this time
Not again.
She desired to blend with this Heavenly sound
And allow it to fill her
The way sunlight flows into an empty room through its window
And blooms into each corner
Submerging it in its radiance.

She was uplifted to sense the awe
Of the atmosphere it created
With each note that was released.
She felt adrift
As though upon a cloud
Soaking up the sky
And locking fingers with the sunshine, in mirth.

Yet a soaring feeling swept up inside
As though she was unfurling out of her deepest self
And she felt what it truly meant to be alive.

It was just the Flute
But,
It was just this Flute
That seemed to gather her Heart, Mind and Soul
And merge them together
Where they resonate as one
Alongside the trills and frills of this Flute Song.

With each vibration of its sound
She gained access further into the well of her Soul
And could permeate through this tangible dream on the flip side
Living in two worlds at once
As a single form of energy.

Parts of the Flute's shining sound even seemed human to her
And she absorbed this within her
In the quiet canyons of her Soul
To tap into when she needed a friend
To derive comfort
And incomprehensible joy.

Drawn into the waves of the slippery voice of this Flute
She felt like a piece of satin
Fluttering over the shoulders of the winds
Flying high and low
Free as the air around her.

Words refused to contain meaning now
And she could only resign to flow in tune with this rainbow of a song
Enchanted
Enthralled
Enriched
And forever distilled in the pure and tender embrace of this Flute
Singing
So passionately.
