Spiritual Revolution

Dont you ever feel consumed by guilt
Or fear, or anger, superstition or greed
For these aren't the materials of which you are built
Nor the ones you should want or need

Stop worrying about fitting in or blending
Hang up your fears and leave your ego on the shelf
No need to act, and you can stop pretending
Just give up control and be yourself.

That's where it begins, that's where it starts
Like a collective breath of your Soul and Essence
It's the sum and integration of all your parts
Acknowledging all the layers of your presence

It's where you'll find all your answers
The whole spectrum, unbent and true
It's natural, like music to singers and dancers
The place where you're safe, where your heart can renew

Where Love shouldn't be therapy for your Soul
But rather it's essence and design
Where it's Truth will set you free and make you whole
And your Heart, Mind and Soul align

Tell your Alternate Self, though it may squirm
That you no longer feel its need
Hold on to your Truth, be firm
No matter how much it may beg and plead

Allow your being to be guided by the Force
Where your heart is open and and you can clearly see
Just flow into yourself, follow your Source
What you are comes out to Be

There are no thoughts and your mind is free now
What matters is - you're you
Basic, beautiful, unique - and how!
Stop looking around for a clue

The Treasure lies buried within you
It's not riches, diamonds or gold
Release your doubt, it'll come into view
As the bounty of Wisdom and Love manifold

The time has come to embrace your Light
It's time for a Spiritual Revolution
Live through your Soul with your Love burning bright
It's the one and only, the Ultimate Solution.

Changed

He stands upright
Yet leaning
Hinting for support to the energies around him
He's taken a large stone to the heart
Catching him off guard
And he watches helplessly as the cracks radiate out
Even beyond his being
Leaving him shattered
Yet standing.

A whole world in his life has been demolished
And all he can do is watch
Witness
As it lays whimpering before him
Sighing in agony
Chipping away at him
With each breath.

He's swimming in the arrhythmia of his surroundings
Attempting to search for a solution
Looking for any sign of hope
Before the night mists over.
He wants to count on Time
To play sport
And throw him a few chunks of Its endless stream
Stretching the Now
To help him salvage what he can.

He wants to coat a balm
Over all the loss
And all those about him
Who are enduring a reality
Asymmetrical to anything they ever imagined.
He can see the pain
Beneath their brave smiles
He can sense the defeat
Hidden in their eyes
And especially the fear
Of the uncertain road ahead -
Its practically tangible in air.
But he knows
He cannot allow himself to disintegrate
Not right now
Time will provide for that later.
Right now
He must concentrate his focus
Unsplinter his Spirit within
And wake his resources
As the dusk around him begins to sob.

On his shoulders rest the tears of many
Whose Earth has been pulled out from under them
And who lie
Shivering
Among the rubble
Half wanting to assimilate into it
To escape the effort of re-establishing themselves
Half searching for support
In the only thing remaining standing
No matter how frail.

He wasn't waiting for Change
But now that it's here
Staring him in the face
He needs to do more than just stare back.
It might take a few moments
To reassemble his strength
But he will translate into that Fire
Majestic in potential
Blazing with resolve
And soldier on
Rebuilding what he can restore
And creating fresh what he cant.

He'll pick up what's fallen -
Possessions, emotions, energy..
Be the crutch to the unstable heart
Be the scaffolding to the unsettled mind
Be the pillar to the broken Spirit -
He will just Be
Allowing his Light to comfort the affected
Sharing his heart and hands
In blind support.

He may never attain the perfect solution
And things may never be the same again
But he never learned how to give up
And one way or another
He will phoenix from all the anguish
More resilient on the other side
More solid from within
Healed to breathe and beat once again
Revitalized
Changed.

Falling Into Him

She's falling into him
Like incense smoke whispering into the air
One moment you see it
Before you can tell
She slides into the being of the air
Making him richer with her presence
Once distinct from him
Now one with him.

She's falling into him
Like a single drop of ink
Felled into a bowl of water
You watch her shape swirl and bend
To invent unrealised, enchanting designs
Before she slips into colouring him in the summer of her shade
Enlivened.

She's falling into him
Like rhythm bending into melody
He picks up where she fades off
Revolving around each other
Harmonizing into a union divine
Each inconsequential on their own
But merging into one to resonate
As magic.

She's falling into him
Body, mind and soul
Becoming immersed in his essence
Dissipating into his embracing presence
Alive beyond her heart beating
Bluer than the sky is blue
Encapsulating a silence
Whose peace breathes love into her every moment
Blending light into light
Dissolving in the purity of his serenity
To live
Unfiltered
Complete
Within

As one.

Your Love

Please nourish me with your Love
As does water to stone in a waterfall
Washing over it
Soaking into it
Breathing its presence
Into the deepest core of this rock
And allowing it to transform
Into a tender, soft piece of affection
To finally assimilate into the flow of your Love
And furnish my heart
To the comfort of your care.

Hold me close
Wrap me in your arms
As does the resonant sunshine
Around the trees and the rivers
Encompassing the Earth
In the bounty of its Love
Throwing out the beauty of Life
To the elements
Allowing the elements
To melt away with the beams
And unite with this rich source of Love.

Breathe me into your affection
With each caress to my skin
As does a wisp of a breeze
That glides across the surface of a lake
Shining out the quietest ripples
That carry the softest kiss
Like a whisper in the wind
Connecting two Spirits
To merge like the harmony of Day and Night
United by each breath
Into the peace of your Love.

Please surround me in your care
Into the Silence that dwells in this haven
Where the embrace of your light
Is a shelter and a home
Where affection sprouts up
Through the spring of this nourishment
Crowning each moment in tranquility
And energy of this force
Deemed so powerful simply in its existence
Never to be created nor demolished
Complete and pure, as your Love.

Different

How much longer can she survive
Living behind those fake smiles
And polite conversations
Tuning her words
The manner her peers deem fit
Resculpting her likes and dislikes
In the attempt to merge
Into her circle of 'friends?'

How long can she allow the swells of music
To act as a shelter to her grief
And mask her sobs
As each tear squeezes her heart vacant?
How long can she just exist
Before she loses her identity altogether?

How long?

Will she ever get to break into a smile again
The way she used to
At something as simple as a bird taking flight
Or the wind, gently rocking the leaves shining in the sun
Or just because the sky is so blue?

Will she be able to unburden herself
From being someone who sits quietly when the song in her heart quivers for release
From speaking a language rudimentary, when her mind wants to speak the algorithms of life
From having to be formal and proper when all she wants to do is jive
Will she ever be allowed to be herself?
Unattacked?
Unjudged?
Unaltered?
Unsmothered?

Being so pestered that she's different
She's forced to turn into someone different from herself
Give her a chance
Before she turns indifferent

If she can accept you
Unquestioned
Why cant you do the same with her?

Tears Of A Child

No dont let him cry
This Angel of a boy
Whose complexion of love is so pure
Untarnished
By judgement
By reason
Unconditional.

Dont let him cry
And shed those drops in pain
When the cause is irrelevant
To his comprehension
And his lament.

The mirror of his Soul is so clean
No dusty layer
Of experience
Of mistakes
Of regrets
Of shame.
Not yet.
Let him be in this state
Vacant
In blissful being
And unburdened
Before Time wings him away
And his eyes begin to reflect another story.

Let him rest
As he does now
Upon his Grandfathers shoulder
Pressed against his chest
Cradled in his arms
Witnessing a heartbeat
And considering it an unspoken miracle.
Let him sink
Into the love of this man
That holds him
As he grips the sleeve of his Grandfathers shirt
In his most tiny fist
And feels love through this inanimate thing
As though it shares a connection to the heartbeat.

Let him breathe
Unpressured
Unsaddled
Allowing him to believe each breath
Will link him to each moment
Unexplained
Unrestricted.

Let him rest
And not be pulled into the vortex of understanding
Of reason
Now is not the time
For now, he is innocent in his innocence
Stripped of fault
And the guilt that accompanies it.

Let him just be
Awake in existence
Leaving interpretation to the winds

Let there be no reason
For tears of a child.

Drifting In A Variable Universe

Blending into the walls
She seems to penetrate the realm
Between visibility and existence
Matching the wallpaper of the situation
Merging into its design.

Swept away by her chameleon feelings
She whimpered many a night
Distant from herself
Craving to fuse with an entity
Any entity
In the plain hope that she may feel solid again.

Dreams intertwine with each other
And with what appears to be fact
Crossing over the dimensions of the unconscious
Well beyond
Creating a novel fusion of realities
Proving the act of its deciphering
A devouring task
Flanked between what she feels and what she thinks she sees.

She is drifting in a variable universe
Uprooted from all that she knew to be authentic
Coasting along
Aware
Yet lost
Amidst the sincere uncertainty
Not knowing when this vision she's participating in
Will choose to mold itself again
Casting her into another unknown field of dreamlike wilderness.

Floating away into an abyss of change
Her life now resembles an ever sustaining pirouette
A coin tossing in the air
And her futile attempts to study it in motion
To gauge its result
Assuming, of course, that it does land
At some point.

She may gravitate towards the black holes of doubt
Those deceiving, all consuming black holes
But except for their magnetism
The hold not strength
And only display a facade of an ability to vanquish.
She must be wary, however
For they filter through the layers of the universe
Changing their spots
Their loyalties
And each next endeavour to hoodwink her
Could become her undoing.

She's fallen for many a fickle heart
Blinded by her own inexperience
Hoping the next would be different
And that she would feel at least an ounce of love
Exhausted, she resigns to the vacuum
Lingering
Desiring desperately to approach any sign of sanity
Drifting
Shifting..

She wishes to be exempted from the unpredictability
Of this wavering universe and its alternates
She's become a soluble ingredient
In its churning and swallowing
But still sees no finished product being fashioned.

Her search for a stable shoulder to lean on
Is as spread out as this universe
And it is hard to wrap her head around the concept of seamless transformation
Let alone get used to the idea.

She has nothing to clutch on to
But for her undying faith
That whatever circumstances stalk her
No matter how blatant
She will find an escape -
An ultimate redemption.
